Ginger Snap Superfood Overnight Oats

Ingredients

rolled oats
regular or gluten free
1/2
c
milk of choice
more when you serve these if too much liquid is absorbed

yogurt
plain or vanilla

tsp
chia seeds

tsp
maca powder
optional
1/2 - 1
tsp
molasses
1/2
tsp
ginger
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
cloves
dash of sea salt
maple
optional, to taste

chopped pecans
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in bowl or jar that can be sealed.
Stir well.
Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Eat cold or heat before serving. Add more milk if needed.
