Ginger Snap Superfood Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c rolled oats regular or gluten free
  • 1/2 c milk of choice more when you serve these if too much liquid is absorbed
  • 1 T yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder optional
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • dash of sea salt
  • maple optional, to taste
  • 2 T chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl or jar that can be sealed.
  • Stir well.
  • Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Eat cold or heat before serving. Add more milk if needed.
