Maple Vanilla Cashew Coffee

  • 1 1/2 c strong brewed coffee
  • 1/4 c raw cashews I honestly just toss in a small handful
  • 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender.
  • Start blending on low for about 15 seconds and then shift to high for about 45 seconds.
  • Pour and serve!


You could use a cold brew coffee and serve this over ice as well.
