White Bean and Mashed Avocado Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

can white beans
pre cooked and rinsed

ripe avocados (small)

T
red onion finely chopped
1
garlic clove
minced
Juice of ½ lemon
1
teaspoon
dried dill or handful of fresh dill chopped
Sea salt and Pepper to taste
5-6
large lettuce leaves
Bibb, butter, Romaine
Instructions
In a medium bowl, pour the rinsed beans.
Mash beans leaving some chunks throughout.
Add avocado, lemon juice, garlic, onion, dill, salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
Chill for about 15-20 minutes.
Spoon into lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh dill.
