This peanut butter chocolate chia pudding recipe is prefect for overnight! Unsweetened almond milk, a touch of vanilla and maple and a healthy breakfast or snack--you choose!
In separate mixing bowls, whisk together all ingredients for each of the layers.
Chill in fridge for about 2 hours.
Once pudding is set, layer into small serving dishes. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
If you don't like the texture of chia seed pudding, before placing mixtures to set in the fridge, blend each in a high powered blender until smooth. Then chill.
