Preheat oven to 425°F.
Make sure that the quinoa has been soaked for 8 hours at least and rinsed thoroughly.
Add all crust ingredients to high powered blender and blend on high until smooth. It will have the consistency of pancake batter almost.
Take a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread olive oil over the paper.
Spoon dough onto the baking sheet to make small pizza sized circles.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until you can touch the top and it is firm.
Add pizza ingredients aside from basil and return to oven.
Bake for about 5-7 minutes more until the edges of the pizzas begin to brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped basil.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before digging in!
