Cherry Almond Chia Pudding

Ingredients

sweet cherries
pitted (thawed if frozen)

c
milk of choice
1/3
c
chia seeds
1/4
c
pure maple or honey
1-1 1/2
tsp
almond extract
Sliced almonds for garnish
Dash of sea salt
Instructions
Set aside 1/3 c cherries and slice in half.
Place all other ingredients into high powered blender and blend for about 1 minute or until very smooth.
Mixture should be a thick consistency, if not, add a T chia seeds and blend until smooth.
Transfer to bowl that can be sealed and chill for about 1 hour to set.
Serve with extra sliced cherries and sliced almonds for garnish.
Notes
This is best if eaten within 1-2 days of making.
