Almond Joy Oat Bars

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a food processor, process oats, cashews and almonds until a grain like consistency.
  • Add in chocolate chips and pulse several times to break down.
  • Add in all other ingredients and process until all ingredients are combined and a dough like consistency starts to form.
  • Press FIRMLY into a parchment lined pan. (I use a 6x8 or an 8x8 pan and only use about ¾ or the space in the pan.
  • Chill for about 10-20 minutes before cutting into bars.

Notes

If you prefer, you can always roll these into bite sized balls!
