Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ frozen banana
  • 1 ⅓ c coconut water
  • ¼ c shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 c blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 c leafy greens
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 T hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

This serves either one large or two small servings!
