Dark Chocolate + Strawberry Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen will work
  • 3 T cacao
  • 2-3 T pure maple syrup
  • 1-2 T dark chocolate chips optional
  • dash of sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender. (If using frozen strawberries, allow to thaw first)
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If mixture seems too thick, add a little extra milk.
  • Transfer to a bowl and chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
