Pumpkin Spiced Breakfast Soufflé

Ingredients

eggs

very ripe banana

pumpkin puree

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
cinnamon
1/8
tsp
cloves
1/8
tsp
ginger
Dash of nutmeg

almond flour

baking powder
Dash of sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into small 1-2 cup baking dishes greased with a light touch of coconut oil and fill a bit more than halfway.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until slightly browned around the edges.
Let cool for about 5 -10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add a touch of maple syrup or honey if you desire a bit more sweetness.
