Cinnamon Raisin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

cup
rolled oats
regular or gluten free
½
T
flaxmeal
1
teaspoon
chia seed
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
teaspoon
cashew butter
almond butter will work too!

raisin
½ - 1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1-2
teaspoon
pure maple syrup or honey
½
cup
milk of choice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a small jar or bowl that can be sealed.
Stir well to combine.
Store in the refrigerator overnight.
These are ready in the morning and you can eat them hot or cold!
