Blueberry Muffin Oat Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c rolled oats gluten free if desired
  • 1/2 c creamy almond butter sunflower seed butter for nut free
  • 1/2 c ground flax
  • 1/4 c pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1/2 T cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 c dried blueberries
  • dash of sea salt

optional add ins

  • shredded coconut
  • chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well to combine.
  • Allow to chill for 10-15 minutes.
  • Roll into bite sized balls and enjoy!
