Almond Joy Oatmeal Energy Bites

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips into a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Stir well until all ingredients combined well.
  • Roll in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into bite sized balls.
  • Chill for about 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional addin: 1/4 tsp almond extract
