Almond Joy Oatmeal Energy Bites

Ingredients

rolled oats
regular or gluten free

cup
almond butter
1/2
cup
unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3
cup
ground flax
1/3
cup
sliced almonds

tsp
vanilla extract
1/4

maple or honey
1/8
tsp
sea salt
1-2

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Stir well until all ingredients combined well.
Roll in chocolate chips.
Roll into bite sized balls.
Chill for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional addin: 1/4 tsp almond extract
