Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the blueberries in a small jar that can be sealed.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Gently stir in blueberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve chilled or warm up in microwave.

Notes

  • Eat these blueberry overnight oats chilled or heated up. I prefer popping mine in the microwave for about a minute to warm them up. Others love them cold--not really my thing.
  • If your oats are a bit too dry in the morning, add an extra splash or two of milk. Sometimes the oats absorb a lot more of the milk than you think they will.
  • Frozen berries will work fine! You don't have to thaw them, just toss them right in!
