Creamsicle Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1 large orange Sumo, Navel, etc.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • ice if necessary to thicken
  • 2-3 T vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.
