Almond Joy Overnight Oats

Ingredients
½
cup
rolled or steel cut oats regular or gluten free
½
cup
milk of choice
1
teaspoon
chia seeds (optional)

T
sliced almonds
1-2
T
chocolate chips (mini chocolate chips work great!)

T
shredded coconut unsweetened
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1-2
teaspoon
maple syrup
1
drop of almond extract
dash of sea salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a jar or container that can be sealed.
Stir well and seal.
Store in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve cold or warm up in the microwave to serve hot.
Optional garnish: mini dark chocolate chips.
Notes
Almond extract can be super strong. I advise putting the smallest amount possible or it can be a bit too much.
