Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats

If you love overnight oats, these Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats may just be your new favorite!

  • 1/2 c rolled oats (regular or gluten free)
  • 1/4 c lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 c milk of choie (reg or dairy free, plus a bit more in the morning if seems thick)
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Dash of sea salt


  • In a bowl or container that can be sealed shut, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  • Close and chill overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • Add a Tablespoon or two more milk if too thick in the morning and eat chilled or warmed up.
